This tool allows you to issue new Personal Insurance policies and to change or cancel existing policies in real time. This tool integrates with your current systems, including CompuQuote, Power Quote, TAM (WARP) and NEXCENTER, allowing you to process new business efficiently. You can access WebBusiness through BRAVO. WebBusiness is supported by a dedicated team at our Service Desk.
This tool gives you priority service, allowing you to obtain a Commercial Insurance quote in minutes and print formal quote documents. Policy wordings and other helpful documents are easy to find quickly through the intuitive interface. To access ePolicy, simply log in to BRAVO, and select "Go to ePolicy" on the right hand column. ePolicy is supported by in-person training as well as these online user guides:
Client Inquiry Tool
This offers real time integration for efficient billing, policy and claims inquiries for your Personal Insurance and Commercial Insurance clients using the TAM broker system. It is available on the BRAVO portal, in the left-hand navigation bar.
These daily emails contain notifications of newly opened, reopened, expanded and closed claims, to help you streamline your claims process. Emails include basic information about each claim with links to BRAVO for further details.
